School Readiness Program
Preparing Your Child for School Success

Starting school is an important milestone for children and parents alike. For many, it marks the first step in their formal education journey. Ensuring your child is ready to succeed both academically and socially in this new environment is vital. This process, known as school readiness program, encompasses the skills and knowledge children need to smoothly transition into the school setting.

The Oxford School Readiness program aims to ensure that children transition smoothly to other early childhood programs or to school. Our School Readiness program aims to prepare your child for the transition to school by conducting classroom activities which will introduce your child to phonics and name writing and recognition.

Your child will also learn important skills such as engaging in learning topics about literacy, numeracy, health and physical development, aboriginal studies, science and creative arts. Children are also involved in activities that help them socialize and regulate emotions, manage their physical needs, and communicate effectively with peers and adults.

The school readiness program provides children with enriching learning experiences that nurture strong academic foundations and a confident approach to life-long learning. On the other hand, we are arranging the Preschool Program and Toddlers Program for your child. All of our programs are held in Bankstown and Croydon.

Oxford School readiness is about preparing your child not just academically but socially, emotionally, and physically for the new world of school. With the right support from parents, caregivers, and programs like the Bankstown and Croydon Program, every child can begin their educational journey with confidence and excitement. By focusing on key skills and providing a nurturing environment, you can ensure your child is fully equipped for this important step in their development.
